Our custom cabinet shop is equipped with a combination of advanced CNC technology and professional woodworking machinery, allowing us to efficiently process solid lumber, sheet goods, and cabinet components with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Biesse Rover K FT 1531 CNC Router – Our primary CNC machining center, used for precision cutting, drilling, routing, dadoing, shaping, and other automated cabinet component machining.

• SCM S630 Planer – Heavy-duty thickness planer used to accurately dimension rough-sawn lumber to consistent thicknesses and prepare material for further processing.

• Sandingmaster 2000 Wide-Belt Sander – Industrial wide-belt sanding machine used for calibrating and finishing panels and solid-wood components to a uniform thickness and smooth surface.

• General 40-350 Shaper – Heavy-duty spindle shaper used for producing custom profiles, edge details, moldings, and other specialized woodworking operations.

• SCM Nova SI 400 Sliding Table Saw – Precision sliding table saw used for accurate sizing and crosscutting of sheet goods, solid lumber, panels, and cabinet components.
